Don't ask me how or where I came upon this but, suffice it to say, I was very amused just entertaining the idea (and I forwarded to one of my gf's. teehee):

Yea well.... I'm going to tell you anyways.
(No I do not spend my time searching these "opportunities" out.)
Rather, I stumble across them.
via Julia Allison- dubbed 'the modern day Carrie'
She's a little bit too neurotic and little too much 'bubbly and pink' but I am definitely a follower of her blog. Never found her articles on Timeout NY to be of much interest but, come on, what girl doesn't dream of being a columnist on..relationships? No? Just me?
(Yes, I have a -not so secret anymore- secret dream to write a book or be a columnist and I considered majoring in Psychology and going down the -help people of this world- by becoming a therapist route. Although~ this was during my most impressionable years after I watched Good Will Hunting.)
*Interesting related facts:
You will find that almost every group of girlfriends has had the Sex in the City conversation- "Which one are you? I'm Samantha. No you're Charlotte. I want to be Carrie!"
Amongst the high school girlfriends I think Charlotte was chosen for me.
Amongst the cousins- Carrie....
I can deal with that. :)
