Email from Woot CEO after Amazon acquisition

My fascination with social media/internet companies continues to grow; so much to the point that I've considered reading this:

But I came across this email from Woot CEO after its Amazon acquisition (via TechCrunch)and I can't help but wonder... well, quite frankly, many things but mostly, I would love to work for someone with as much character and as humor as the Woot CEO. Who is this guy?!
