Our Director invited us to her beachhouse in Fire Island for a day!
(A work day, mind you. Yes we had a 2 hr conference call but margaritas and lounging for the rest of the day.)

Our director. She WOULD wear our new Levi's shirt. And that is our new mantra:
"All asses were not created equal."
Then, off to some jam-packed traveling for me and my manager. This is basically what I decided to stay in NY a little longer for. To experience market and showing/pitching a new line to my main client: Dillard's.
Unfortunately, them having 5 different corp divisions meant my manager and I were hitting up 3 states in 4 days.

*Was surprised to find this in Downtown Little Rock.
Twas quite an interesting work experience. Even more so after having felt a slight culture shock in the South. Waffle houses galore. Southern accents. And I don't think I saw an Asian that whole week.
