So I decided today that I will stop eating red meat.
Right after I finish off the ground meat I just bought last week to make my bibimbap. :)
(It may be turkey, my memory fails me)
I've been feeling really sluggish and I know the decline in my exercise routine is a huge factor but I think it's mostly the red meat.
I've eaten so many hamburgers ever since I moved to NY and back. I only used to eat gardenburgers or turkey burgers before (for the taste, really), but now I eat pork and bulgogi from our Korean lunch catering almost every other day!b Pork!!!
Maybe in a month, I'll cut out white meat.

Change to fish?
